The Organizing Commitee consists of members of the Postdoctoral Research Support Executive (PDS Exec), Stellenbosch University, as well as colleagues from other departments and universities who have volunteered their experrt knowledge and services.

The PDS Exec at Stellenbosch University works closely with Dr Palesa Mothapo (Head of PDS, Division for Research and Development) and meets monthly with the Vice-Rector, Research, Innovation and Postgraduate Studies, to discuss important matters on behalf of the entire PDS community. The voluntary members of the 2023 PDS Exec comprise postdoctoral researchers from various SU faculties and departments, each with a distinct portfolio.
